The Agile for Education™ Certification course is a 2-day energetic, hands-on course for all practitioners in the Education field, including public, and private schools-all ages. Participants will take away valuable knowledge, skills, and credentials. Agile for Education™ has crafted this Agile/Scrum training to assist clients in getting closer to their customers than ever before and by establishing Agile team of equals. This course was developed in response to overwhelming feedback that value-adding changes are difficult to implement. This course is an energy shot to all Education professionals who want to experience a more positive, energetic, and effective daily experience for all stakeholders.

- Bridge Building Exercise. Objectives: to give high level requirements to each team
- Team building activity review
- Scrum Team Roles

- Forming Agile for Education teams
- Establishing and socializing School System strategy
- Understanding Vision
- User Story creation
- Backlog development
- Release Planning
- Sprint Planning
- Select a class project for each breakout team (Teams of 5)
Day 2
- Scrum Day to Day operations
- Retrospectives – making them productive
- Scrum Tools
- Reporting/Velocity
- Goals and Milestones
- Scalability- The Spotify model
- Class project
- Create Vision statement
- Document requirements
- Identify all Features for Release 1 (MVP)
- Write User Stories
- Detailed Sprint Planning session to determine tasks, effort, and duration for the sprint
- Role plays for daily stand-ups
