Course Description
The WGA Agile-Scrum Certification course provides participants with the knowledge and skills they need to be energized and engaged members of the project/product team. This course ensures a deep understanding of the concepts, intent, and possibilities of Agile-Scrum and how to apply them to real-world projects. Participants get hands-on experience planning and executing using WGA
Unlike other Agile certifications, WGA encourages each class to include all roles that interact with developing and supporting the product. This includes Hardware and Software Engineering, Project/Program Managers, QA, Manufacturing, Product Support, and Management as well as any other stakeholder roles. This formula drives energy and engagement throughout the organization. The more people who understand customer requirements ( WHAT they want) and WHY they want specific functionality, the better teams can figure out HOW to satisfy the customer. Getting closer to your customers than ever before increases revenue and alignment in your organization.
Also taught in this course are game-changing techniques including Systems Agile Thinking™ and Agile Design Reviews™.
A Certification exam is administered online before graduation.
Who should take this course?
Anyone responsible for understanding market/customer requirements, or anyone responsible for planning and executing projects to satisfy requirements, or anyone supporting these activities.
