About the High School-Project Manager (HS-PM™) Certification class

What participants will KNOW after attending:

• What a Leader is and does;
• The Fundamentals of Project Management including:
  • The definitions and language of the discipline;
  • The Phases and Process Groups; and
  • The different approaches (Waterfall vs. Agile).
